Items that can't be returned

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Fragrances
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimates (hygiene reasons)
  • Items with the "RETURN POLICY VOID IF REMOVED" tag removed
  • Items ordered more than 30 days ago
  • Items no longer available for sale
  • Items purchased using store credit from a previous return
  • Items missing original tags, or returned damaged, stained, or with odor
  • In-store pickup orders once collected and verified
