Restocking fees

A $25 restocking fee applies in three cases:

• Unclaimed in-store pickups not collected within 7 to 10 days of the ready notification.
• Unclaimed shipments returned to us and not reclaimed within 7 to 10 days of arriving back.
• Late returns received 7 to 10 days past the 10-day return window (accepted as a courtesy).

The fee covers inspecting, repackaging, and restocking. We'll email you before it's applied, and any remaining balance is issued as store credit.
