Pickup windows and unclaimed orders

Pickup orders must be claimed within 7 to 10 days of the ready-for-pickup email. Orders not collected in that window are considered unclaimed: a $25 restocking fee is deducted, the item is returned to inventory, and any remaining balance is issued as store credit. For security, third parties cannot collect an order on your behalf. The cardholder must be present with valid ID and the original payment card.
