Unclaimed or returned-to-sender packages

If a delivered package is returned to us by the carrier (refused at delivery, unclaimed at the post office, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address) and isn't reclaimed within 7 to 10 days of arriving back at our warehouse, a $25 restocking fee is deducted and the remaining balance is issued as store credit. To avoid this, confirm your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout and watch for delivery notifications.
