Store credit: how it works

Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the item's purchase price, excluding original shipping fees. Gift cards don't expire and can be combined with discount codes on a future order. Store credit is issued once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Note: items purchased using store credit from a previous return aren't eligible for another return.
