Return & exchange policy overview

We want you to love your purchase. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains or odors, and have all original tags attached, including the "RETURN POLICY VOID IF REMOVED" tag. Once that tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Requests made after 14 days may be considered at our discretion in limited cases, but are not guaranteed. Items ordered more than 30 days ago can't be returned. Approved returns are issued as store credit (see "Store credit: how it works").

Some items can't be returned, and in-store pickup orders are final once collected. Full details are in the sections below and on our Returns & Exchanges page.
