How in-store pickup works

Select in-store pickup at checkout to collect your order at one of our locations. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Bring the required identification (see "What to bring to pick up your order") to the counter, where our team will verify and release your order. Pickup orders are held for 7 to 10 days from the ready notification. See "Store locations and hours" for addresses and hours.
